Welcome to the all new Flex3Drive G7. Supplied as a pre-assembled unit with motor mounts.
The new G7 has been completely reworked. The housing design is new with a revised bolt hole arrangement that is much easier to work with when installing onto a printer.
This housing was also designed with the intention of being “stackable” in order to create a multi filament solution, the Quad MFx4.
The G7 has a new hobb with a larger diameter and increased grip which means a lower estep count is required.
We have made the worm gear smaller and had a new batch moulded.
The tension arm has also been reworked and is now fully adjustable.
With these changes and improvements the Flex3Drive G7 delivers smoother prints than ever before.
Supplied with the tried and tested bullet proof heavy duty flexible shaft with no torsional twist when in use.

The existing CAD library for all our previous mounting adaptors are currently being revised along with the new support section. contact us if you need something specific.
All G7 extruders are supplied with gimbal style motor mounts aswell (motor not included).
You will need a low inductance pancake motor for best performance.
